The journey.

I began my career in a retail management leadership position where I developed key foundational knowledge in leading teams, strategizing operational processes, executing quarterly preparation plans, and placing the customer experience at the center of our approach. I later worked in human resources, mastering onboarding processes, streamlining SOPs, and implementing systems to retain talent. I did well, worked my ass off, and played nicely in the sandbox with all the corporate red tape. But before I continue to list off all my professional accomplishments, and show you exactly why I’m the best fit to set your systems up for success, I must pause and share something very personal.

The motivation.

An authentic About Me wouldn’t be complete without sharing a life-changing moment that made me realize pursuing success or choosing to live life to its fullest should not be an “OR.”

I was raised by a single mom that did everything she could to provide for us. She worked multiple jobs, started her own cleaning business, and taught us the importance of independence. Then, my mom got sick and passed away quickly. She had worked so hard to create a life for us; she never visited Ireland like she wanted. She never moved to her simple dream ranch house in the country. It completely changed my life and my mindset.

The shift was irreversible, and I wanted to live and enjoy my life NOW. Tomorrow is not promised. This devastating moment fueled my motivation to perfect the foundational processes necessary to make money while also making unforgettable memories.

The why me

After kissing that unfulfilling, chained-to-my-desk life goodbye, I set out to chase my dreams as a digital nomad. I wanted to build meaningful connections all over the world, learn languages and take my pet sitting skills on the road. I channeled all of my HR, management, operational, and corporate experience into becoming a fractional operations manager, inventory systems specialist, and virtual sidekick, for e-commerce and CPG businesses.
